How to judge the competition!

You'll rate all the chowder, soup and bisque you sample on a scale of 7 (low) to 10 (high) with an optional 1/2 bump.  This makes the competition fairer as no restaurant will be penalized if someone doesn't rate their soup.  The highest rated soup in each of the three categories will be declared the 'Chowda-Champion'.  Your votes (or rankings) will determine the Chowda-best in each category.  Below is a sample ballot.
